About Us
Ed and Lisa are passing on the ownership of Stracar Insurance Group to Andrew Voss and his wife Megan. Ed and Lisa are excited to see them take the organization to new heights while maintaining the momentum and high level of customer service they built. Stracar Insurance Group will continue to be a family owned and operated business.
Ed and Lisa will still be involved in the daily operations of Stracar Insurance Group during the transition period.
Our Team
Andrew Voss
Andrew Voss has been a valued member of Stracar Insurance Group since 2018. As a licensed agent, he earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in May 2023. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Andrew brings over 15 years of expertise from the hospitality industry, where he cultivated a remarkable commitment to customer service.
Andrew’s diverse background includes experience as an Executive Chef, which honed his exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask, and dedication to providing personalized service to clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active through exercise, and pursuing his passion for golf.
Megan Voss
Megan Voss joined the Stracar Insurance team in January 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Megan brings strong organizational and interpersonal skills to her role, contributing to the team’s overall efficiency and client satisfaction. In May 2023, she earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, further demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, and caring for her German Shepherd, Dexter.
Crystal Trigueros
Crystal Trigueros came to us with 15 years of experience as a certified technician in ophthalmology. She joined the Stracar Insurance team in 2021 and obtained Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses. Her strong background in customer service, coupled with her dedication and reliability, enables her to help clients navigate the complexities of insurance. Crystal’s friendly approach ensures a smooth and stress-free insurance process for her clients. Outside of work, she cherishes spending quality time with her family.
Marissa Pitta
Marissa Pitta joined the Stracar Insurance team in April 2025, bringing with her a fresh perspective and a strong enthusiasm for personal and professional growth. A recent graduate of Middletown High School, where she completed her studies in June 2024, Marissa is eager to apply her skills and knowledge in the insurance industry. Her eagerness to learn and grow in the field makes her a valuable addition to the team at Stracar Insurance. Outside of her professional pursuits, Marissa is passionate about cooking and enjoys spending time outdoors, finding balance and inspiration in these activities.
Our Founders
Ed Stracar
Ed Stracar established Farm Financial Services, Inc. in 1983, driven by a commitment to providing accessible and affordable insurance solutions. He earned his degree in economics from Binghamton University and obtained his insurance license in 1979. Ed achieved the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1989. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he enjoys quality time with family and friends, as well as outdoor activities such as scuba diving and fishing.
Lisa Stracar
Lisa joined Farm Financial Services, Inc., as the office manager and obtained her insurance license in 1995. Lisa's number one priority is her family. She is a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She understands the worry and financial stress of having teenage drivers and aging parents. It is her passion to help people.
